You can make an order for delivery directly from our site or by phone, fax or email.

A. Online order

We designed our site florarie.ro in order to get all the information needed for a successfully delivery in an user-friendly manner.

Choosing flowers

In the left you'll see the categories menu where the bouquets of flowers are sorted by type, color, occasions and more.
If you have a specific budget for your purchase you can use the budget function listed on the right side of the site. It will show you all the products you can buy for a maximum specific amount. Please note that the prices listed does not include shipping fee.

Bouquet selection

After surfing trough our site and finding the product you desire, by a simple click on the title or image you'll be on the product detail page. Here you'll see the description, and the price that include vat but no shipping fee.
Right next to the product picture, on the right side, you will find a tab menu with description, flowers care and delivery area. Using add to cart button you'll be forwarded to shopping cart page. After you enter the name, address, phone, date and time of delivery will be able to make the next step.

Buyer info

If you created a member account in our site, the buyer info will be filled in automatically. In other case we'll need to complete those fields manually.

Finalizing order

After you have selected the payment option and paid for your order you can live check the status of your order using the status checker function located in the right of our site.

B. Offline order

Email or fax order

In order to successfully deliver your order we need the following informations:
- name of the product or products you want to send;
- full name of receiver;
- phone no. of receiver (we prefer a mobile one);
- full delivery address;
- date and time for delivery;
- a message to attach to your order and the signature name you want to use (it's not mandatory);
- full name and address of the buyer and the payment method to use.

After the money transfer has been sent you must e-mail us the following informations: Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN - in case of Western Union) or Reference Number(in case of MoneyGram), total amount and currency, sender's name, telephone number, city and state being sent from.

We make deliveries after we get the payment confirmations. Our minimum delivery delay it's about two hours from the payment confirmation.

When we deliver?

Deliveries are made in a minimum of 1-2 hours (Bucharest) from the confirmation of payment. According to the city of delivery, the minimum amount of time required for delivery of flowers can grow up to 4 hours.

Shipping today?

For same day flowers delivery we accept online orders finalized until 16:00(GMT+2). In case the order was made after 16:00(GMT+2), the delivery will be made as early in the next working day (referring to working days that occur on the timetable for selection of the date of delivery florarie.ro)
In case you go for delivery in the same day, in order to avoid possible delays, it is advisable to confirm your order by phone.

For deliveries in the country, in cities other than those listed above, the delivery is made in the next day if the order was placed until 14:00. In case the order was placed after 14:00 minimum delivery time is 40 hours. Remember that the delivery of flowers in these conditions can not be done on Sundays and you should check by telephone the availability of delivery.

How much for the delivery fee?

Delivery of flowers in Bucharest attract a cost of delivery of 5 RON. For deliveries in cities above the cost of transport is 29 RON. For small cities, communes, villages, the cost depends on the distance from the nearest town.

To ensure the appearance and freshness of flowers, florarie.ro dropped the services provided by couriers and to ensure a proper delivery it will use a local florist in almost all cities of Romania.
